10 things I want to achieve with this site
このサイトを通じて実現したいことがあります。1997年から車いすユーザーや要介護高齢者のお客様を中心に、“誰もが、いつでも、どこへでも”旅を安全に楽しんでいただける「募集型企画旅行」の商品開発（添乗業務も）に取り組んできました。2021年に開催された東京オリンピック。パラリンピックを契機に、公共交通機関や観光地のバリアフリー化が進み、個人でも旅行に出かけられる環境が整備されつつあります。そのような中、物理的な課題を解決する取り組みから、社会の課題に貢献できる活動にシフトしたいと考え、以下の10の活動を推進いたします。
➀旅行計画を、よりスムーズにおこなえるようにしたい
車いすユーザー及び要介護高齢者にとっての旅行計画は、観光地等の車いす動線や、宿泊施設（バリアフリールームや温泉施設等）が対応しているかの確認等が必要になり、大変手間と労力がかかる作業です。また、今後、旅行会社のダイナミックパッケージ（旅行商品）への予約を行なう際に、旅行会社にとっても予約者にとっても、ミスマッチが無いように、宿泊施設のバリアフリー情報を、いままでのように「ある？ない？」だけでなく、どのようなタイプのバリアフリールームなのか（シングルルームなのか？和洋室なのか？等）の情報を整理して発信していくことが求められます。情報配信により、旅行予約のプロセス（期間）を短くして、ひとりの予約者からの問い合わせ件数を減らすことで、旅行会社の対応が、より積極的になるような活動にしていきたいです。
➀ I want to be able to make travel planning smoother
Travel planning for wheelchair users and elderly people in need of long-term care is a very time-consuming and labor-intensive task, as it is necessary to confirm that wheelchair flow lines at tourist spots and accommodation facilities (barrier-free rooms, hot spring facilities, etc.) are compatible. In addition, in the future, when making reservations for dynamic packages (travel products) of travel agencies, barrier-free information of accommodation facilities will be provided as before, so that there is no mismatch for both the travel agency and the booker. Not only what type of barrier-free room is it (is it a single room?). Is it a Japanese-Western room? etc.). By shortening the travel reservation process (period) and reducing the number of inquiries from a single booker through information distribution, I would like to make the response of travel agencies more proactive.
➁福祉用具の活用により、旅行を、より快適で安全にしたい
車いすユーザーや要介護高齢者は、運動機能や体力に差があり、「障害」が、環境と利用者の身体機能等のギャップになるために、バリアフリー化された旅行環境（施設）においても十分に対応できないケースがあると考えています。また、同行する家族や介助者による身体的負担を軽減させるためにも、旅行に対応した福祉用具の活用を提案したいと考えています。バリアフリー旅行の商品造成に25年以上関わり、2000年に介護福祉士（＆福祉用具プランナー、福祉住環境コーディネーター２級）の資格を取得し、旅行用の福祉用具の情報を収集・発信しています。
➁ We want to make travel more comfortable and safe by utilizing welfare equipment
Wheelchair users and elderly people requiring long-term care have differences in motor functions and physical strength, and we believe that there are cases where barrier-free travel environments (facilities) cannot adequately cope because "disabilities" become a gap between the environment and the physical functions of users. In addition, in order to reduce the physical burden on accompanying family members and caregivers, we would like to propose the use of welfare equipment that is suitable for travel. He has been involved in the creation of barrier-free travel products for more than 25 years, and in 2000 he obtained the qualification of care worker (& welfare equipment planner, welfare living environment coordinator grade 2), and collects and disseminates information on welfare equipment for travel.
③災害発生前・時のホテルなどへの広域避難及び、災害復興時期における生活を守るための、ホテル確保を円滑に進められる情報提供をしたい
東京都東部のゼロメーター地帯等では、要介護高齢者や車いすユーザーが、大規模水害時に、地域の避難所（福祉避難所を含む）自体が水没し、命を守ることが困難であると考えられています。このサイトでは、多くの地域で発令される72時間前の広域避難命令（指示）で出たタイミングでその地域から出て、安全なホテルへ逃げ込むための施設紹介をしたいと考えています。ご自身の身体機能等に適応する宿泊施設を３～５程候補にあげて、定期的に宿泊体験などを行うことをおすすめします。
③We would like to provide information that can facilitate wide-area evacuation to hotels before and at the time of the disaster, and to secure hotels in order to protect people's lives during the disaster recovery period.
In the zero-meter zone in eastern Tokyo, elderly people requiring long-term care and wheelchair users are considered to be unable to protect their lives from local evacuation centers (including welfare shelters) in the event of a large-scale flood. On this site, we would like to introduce facilities for people to leave the area and escape to a safe hotel when the wide-area evacuation order (instruction) is issued 72 hours before the order is issued in many areas. We recommend that you list 3~5 candidates for accommodations that are suitable for your physical functions, etc., and regularly provide accommodation experiences.
④障がいがある訪日外国人への情報発信をしたい
東京オリンピック・パラリンピックを契機に、車いすユーザーや要介護高齢者による公共交通機関やホテル利用がしやすくなりました。今後は、海外からも車いすユーザーが旅行やビジネスで訪れるため、車いすでも安心して宿泊できるホテルの情報を発信していきたいと考えています。
④I want to disseminate information to foreign visitors with disabilities
With the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, it has become easier for wheelchair users and elderly people in need of nursing care to use public transportation and hotels. In the future, since wheelchair users from overseas are visiting for travel and business, we would like to disseminate information on hotels where wheelchair users can stay with peace of mind.
➄旅行中に（身体）介助が必要な方でも自由に旅を続けられるトラベルサポーターの活動を広めたい
加齢による病気やケガなどで、体力や運動機能が低下して介護が必要になっても、いつまでも旅（外出）を楽しんでいただきたい。家や集合場所から同行してくれるトラベルサポーターではなく、旅先でのちょっとした介助で、旅をもっと安全・快適なものにしたい。ご家族の負担を減らしたり、おひとり様でも気軽に出掛けられるお手伝いができれば、もっともっと沢山も想い出づくりや、生きる楽しみを実感して頂けると考えています。地域トラベルサポーターの取り組みが、介護旅行やバリアフリー旅行の更なる発展に寄与したい。
➄ We want to spread the activities of travel supporters who can continue traveling freely even if they need (physical) assistance during the trip.
Even if you need nursing care due to a decline in physical strength or motor function due to age-related illness or injury, we want you to enjoy traveling (going out) forever. Instead of a travel supporter who accompanies you from your home or meeting place, you want to make your trip safer and more comfortable with a little assistance at your destination. If we can reduce the burden on your family and help them feel free to go out alone, we believe that you will be able to create more memories and experience the joy of living. We hope that the efforts of local travel supporters will contribute to the further development of nursing care travel and barrier-free travel.
➅旅を通して、新しい旅仲間との出会いの輪を広げたい
独居世帯を中心とした高齢者の孤独（孤立）を防ぐことを目的に、添乗員が同行するグループツアーを推進したいと考えています。旅を通じて、新しい旅仲間の輪を広げていきたい。
➅ I want to expand the circle of encounters with new travel friends through travel.
With the aim of preventing loneliness (isolation) of the elderly, mainly from households living alone, we would like to promote group tours accompanied by tour conductors. Through travel, I would like to expand my circle of new travel friends.
＜NEWS>高齢者「親しい友人なし」3割 4カ国調査で日本が最大 5/12(水) 配信 共同通信
日本、米国、ドイツ、スウェーデンの高齢者を対象に実施した内閣府の国際比較調査で、日本の高齢者は約3割が親しい友人がいないと回答し、4カ国の中で割合が最大だったことが12日、分かった。近所付き合いの希薄さも目立っており、高齢者の孤独防止対策が急務となっている。昨年12月～今年1月、4カ国の60歳以上に調査。約5千人が回答し、うち日本人は1367人。家族以外で相談や世話をしたり、されたりする親しい友人がいるかを尋ねたところ、日本は31.3％が「同性、異性のいずれもいない」を選んだ。他は米国14.2％、ドイツ13.5％、スウェーデン9.9％。
⑦障がいがない人たちへの「障がい（者）理解」を促進したい
2019年から、全国の中学・高校生を対象にした心のバリアフリープログラムを企画・実施しています。共生社会の実現に向けて、障がいがない子どもたちに対して、障がい者理解を促進する活動を広げていきたいと考えています。今後は、企業などに対してのダイバーシティ研修なども推進していきたい。
⑦I want to promote "understanding of disabilities" for people without disabilities
Since 1995, we have been planning and implementing the Mental Baraffli Program for junior high and high school students nationwide. In order to realize an inclusive society, we would like to expand activities to promote understanding of people with disabilities for children without disabilities. In the future, we would like to promote diversity training for companies.
⑧お得に旅を楽しむための情報発信をしたい
要介護高齢者は、旅行に出かける際に、介助者の旅行費用等が掛かり、経済的なバリアにより旅行回数が減ってしまったり、旅行そのものを断念せざるを得ないケースが増えてきています。身体障害者手帳の活用や各種高齢者割引を活用して少しでも安価な旅を提案していきたいと考えています。
⑧I want to disseminate information so that I can enjoy my trip at a great price.
Elderly people in need of long-term care are increasingly having to abandon travel altogether due to economic barriers due to travel expenses such as caregivers' travel expenses when they go on a trip. We would like to propose a trip that is as inexpensive as possible by utilizing the physical disability certificate and various discounts for the elderly.
⑨医療行為を伴う重度障がいがある方でも安心して出かけられる旅の提案をしたい
旅行環境のバリアフリー化が、以前に比べて劇的に進歩しており、多くの車いすユーザーや要介護高齢者が旅を楽しめるようになってきました。しかしながら、医療行為を伴う重度障がいがある人たちは、旅はまだまだ遠い存在だと考えています。旅先での医療体制や、介助者の確保などの課題をひとつずつ解決しながら、誰もが自由に旅を楽しめる社会の実現を目指したい。
⑨We want to propose a trip where even people with severe disabilities who have medical treatment can go out with peace of mind.
The barrier-free travel environment has progressed dramatically compared to the past, and many wheelchair users and elderly people in need of nursing care can now enjoy traveling. However, people with severe disabilities who are medically ill believe that the journey is still a long way off. While solving issues one by one, such as the medical system at the destination and securing caregivers, we would like to realize a society where everyone can enjoy traveling freely.
➉認知症の方やその家族の生活にも旅を組み込めるようにしたい（レスパイト旅行の推進）
今後、認知症患者が更に増加する社会において、当事者だけでなく、家族の負担を少しでも軽減するために、旅行を通してそれらの課題を解決したいと考えています。認知症患者の旅行には多くの課題がありますが、地域や医療・介護などと連携して促進していきたい。また、介助者（家族）にとって緊張が続く日常生活から一時的に解放して、休息できるレスパイト旅行の提案も併せて行ないたいと考えています。
➉ We want to be able to incorporate travel into the lives of people with dementia and their families (promotion of respite travel)
In the future, in a society where the number of dementia patients will increase further, we would like to solve these issues through travel in order to reduce the burden not only on the affected people but also on their families. There are many issues to be addressed in the travel of dementia patients, but we would like to promote them in cooperation with the local community and medical and nursing care. We would also like to propose respite trips that allow caregivers (family members) to temporarily relieve themselves from the tension of daily life and take a break.
